Eagle’s Nest Master Suite (1 Bedroom Primary Suite on the Third floor of the Chalet, with its own private entrance)

For those seeking intimate luxury, the Eagle’s Nest Master Suite provides a quiet haven for one person or a romantic retreat for two. Perched at the top of the chalet, this secluded retreat offers a King-sized sleigh bed, panoramic views, and complete privacy. For over 21 years, this chalet has been a cherished retreat — not just for us, but for countless guests who have come to appreciate its tranquility, beauty, and the personalized touch we put into every stay. What started as a personal desire to spend time in the mountains has grown into a special place and a rare sanctuary. Here, guests find respite in the serenity of nature, away from the distractions of everyday life.

Throughout this journey, we’ve come to understand that what makes this chalet truly exceptional is not just its treehouse-like views, its relative seclusion, or its handcrafted details, but the respect we show to each guest, and the respect we ask in return.

We are deeply committed to offering an experience that goes beyond “vacationing” — one where every guest feels at home, welcomed, and cared for. Unfortunately, we've learned the hard way that not all guests share this value. Over the years, we've had instances where disrespectful behavior has impacted the experience of the next guest. Broken furniture or blinds, dirty carpets, damaged countertops, or a neglected space can turn a peaceful retreat into a stressful ordeal for everyone.

That’s why we’ve made the decision to move away from booking platforms like Airbnb. We no longer want to rely on algorithms to connect us to guests. We want to build direct relationships with those who truly value the space, the effort, and the care we put into maintaining it.

We only rent the Chalet for select peak dates, including New Year's Eve, ski season, holiday weekends, peak summer season, and other high-demand times. We want to build relationships with guests who are ready to take responsibility for the space they are entrusted with.

We’ve chosen this path because it’s the only way we can sustain this level of care and continue offering a high-quality experience. The costs and labor required to maintain the Chalet, including the sparkling cleanliness of the interiors and the crystal-clear hot tub, are significant. And while we love what we do, it’s only possible when we have guests who understand that this is not just about renting a house — it’s about taking part in something special, something rare.

When you stay with us, you’re not just a guest; you’re part of a community of respectful individuals who help us maintain this rare sanctuary.
