We’ve designed our pricing to offer clarity, flexibility, and fairness. All rates are in USD and apply to exclusive use of either the Treehouse Chalet (TC) or the Eagle’s Nest Suite (ENS).

- Taxes: All rates subject to 13.25 % transient occupancy tax (not included in listed prices).

Fees: Pet fees, security deposits, and optional amenities are separate and noted in your booking summary.

Payment: All reservations are non-refundable and must be paid via cash-equivalent methods (e.g., checks received at least 30 days before your stay, wire transfer, Zelle, or cash). To offer the best possible value, credit cards are not accepted.
- Availability: Premium dates are limited. We encourage early booking for holidays, ski weekends, and peak summer dates.
- Booking requirements: Signed contract, photo ID, and security deposit required to book.
- Rules: We maintain high standards for cleanliness and guest experience. Rules include: No unregistered guests, parties, or events; No pets unless pre-approved and pre-paid; Quiet hours after 10:00 p.m.; Guests are responsible for any excess cleaning, damages, or rule violations; Absolutely no smoking or vaping of tobacco, cannabis, or any other substance anywhere on the nearly half acre property (not inside and not outside); No outdoor shoes or dirty feet inside the Chalet. No means no. Guests who violate rules will be removed from the property without refund and security deposit forfeited.

We can’t promise that nothing will ever break, but we do promise that when something needs attention, you won’t be left waiting. That’s the quiet luxury of a well-maintained home.
